Your use of our Internet sites which include but are not limited to any of the information, links, software, scripts, products or services offered on those sites (collectively, the “Services”) is subject to these Terms of Use (these “Terms”). Seo.Net, at its sole discretion, may change the Terms, conditions and operation of this website (the “Site”) at anytime without notice to you. By using this Site and/or any of its Services, you agree and accept to the Terms, including any modifications we make, and further waive any rights or claims you may have against Seo.Net. If you do not agree and accept to be legally bound by these terms then you are not allowed to access and use our services. If not agreed in writing with Seo.Net, your agreement with Seo.Net will always include the terms and conditions set out in this document as an absolute minimum. This website and services are also governed by separate Privacy Policy.

1) Some of the Services may be subject to additional posted conditions. Your use of those Services is subject to those conditions, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of an inconsistency between these Terms and any additional posted conditions, the provisions of the additional conditions shall control.

2) By using this Site, you agree under penalty of perjury to make the following statements:

a) I am of legal age to view material discussed above, in accordance with the laws of the region in which I reside.

b) Any material that I am viewing is exclusively for my own personal use and I will not give, sell or otherwise provide any of it to anyone else.

c) I believe I have the unalienable right to read and/or view any type of material I choose.

d) I am aware of the standards of my local community with respect to the materials offered on this Site; I am familiar with the materials offered by this Site; and I represent, warrant and certify that the links, information, and use of materials on this Site do not violate any standard or law that applies to me. In the event that a law that applies to me comes in to affect that would prevent me from viewing material on this Site, I agree to no longer access this Site.

f) I will use services according to the terms, guidelines and applicable low and I will not try any harmful activates against Seo.Net in any way including influence of operation of services or servers where the services are located, illegal access to servers or accounts neither in any way try to harm users of services or stop them from accessing the services.

g) I agree that Seo.Net may send to me notices by email, regular mail or postings on the services.  

h) I acknowledge, agree and warrant that any registration information about me that I provide to Seo.Net will always be updated, current, true, accurate and complete. Providing this information may be required in order to access some of Seo.Net services.

i) I agree and accept that I’m responsible for maintains and confidentiality of all access information (username and password) of my accounts to services on Seo.Net so that these are kept secret and the passwords are not easy guessed by automated scripts or other users. I agree and accept that I’m fully responsible to Seo.Net for all activities that take place on accounts under my access information. I acknowledge that I will not use username, password or accounts of any other member at any time.  

j) I agree to immediately notify Seo.Net of any breach of security like unauthorized use of your password or account at http://seo.net/contact/contact-us.html

k)  I acknowledge and accept that I will not attempt to impersonate another member or person and that I’m solely responsible for all interactions/conflicts with other members or users.  

l)  I acknowledge, agree and accept that Seo.Net can at any time terminate my access, registration and future use as a user to services without cause and notice effective immediately.

m) I agree and accept that services provided by Seo.Net are changing over time due to ongoing improvements and/or corrections and may even be withdrawn partly or in whole without prior notice to me.  I acknowledge and agree that in that case I may be prevented from accessing the services, my files, content, account information or other data on my account or service, which I agree to and accept.


3) Our sites contain links to other Internet sites owned by third parties. Your use of each of those sites is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those sites has posted. We have no control over sites that are not ours, and we are not responsible for any changes to or content on them. Our inclusion on our sites of any third-party content or a link to a third-party site is not an endorsement of that content or third-party site. You accept and agree that Seo.Net can’t be held responsible for any loss or damage that will result of your use of these external sites or resources.

4) The content available through the Site is the sole property of Seo.Net or its advertisers, suppliers, registered users or licensors. All material published on our sites, including, but not limited to, written content, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, marks, logos, sound or video clips, software, scripts and Flash animation, are protected by patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, Seo.Net-owned content received through the Site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Content owned by Seo.Net advertisers, suppliers, registered users or licensors may be subject to additional restrictions. You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract the source code, reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, create derivative works of, broadcast, circulate, trade, rent, lease, loan, sub-license, resell the services/data/software or in any way exploit any of the materials or content received through the Site to anyone without Seo.Net's express prior written consent, except for your own user content made available by you. You agree also and accept that you will not retrieve or access data/content (or even try to) in other ways then by the supplied interfaces by Seo.Net for that propose.  

a) You are aware of and accept that Seo.Net is not controlling the “user content” published by users or third parties in services and Seo.Net is not taking responsibility for and can’t guarantee for the quality, accuracy, precision, integrity, completeness or usefulness of the user and third parties content.  In no way will Seo.Net be held legally responsible for any content published in the service.

b) You understand that you may be seeing content that is offensive, indecent, harmful, unlawful, abusive, aggressive, obscene, hateful or otherwise objectionable and you bear all risks associated with using that content.

5) You understand and accept that all information and data including but not limited to text, reviews,  messages, comments, any kind of pictures, sound or music, videos, files or other materials named in this document as “user content” are the sole responsibility of the user that have made the content publicly or privately available through Seo.Net. By expression “made available” we mean in this document posted, uploaded, transmitted, emailed or otherwise make available through Seo.Net. You agree and accept that you are taking all legal responsibility for all user content that have been made available by you or through your accounts at Seo.Net to services or other users/members and for your all interactions/conflicts with other users/members and that Seo.Net is not responsible to you or any third part for your user content or complications that may arise from your user interactions/conflicts or that your user content has been made available via Seo.Net.

a) You agree and accept to not make available any user content and links to third-party sites that:
-    you have no rights to share,
-    is political campaigning or commercial solicitation or other commercial kind,  
-    violate any laws, trademarks, copyrights, patents or other rights,
-    in any way is harmful, unlawful, abusive, aggressive, obscene, hateful, harass others, contains nudity, violence or otherwise objectionable
-    includes spamming, spimming, stalking, junk mail, chain letters, viruses, harmful code, promotion of criminal activities, child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, theft of trade secrets, drug dealing, gambling, will cause injury to any person or entity and other user content or links to sites of similar art.

You agree to pay royalties or any kind of other fees claimed by the legal owner of user content made available by you that you don’t own.

b) You agree and accept that all rights to the user content including copyrights that you make publicly available are yours and you continue to have the right to use your user content in any way you want. However you are giving Seo.Net permanent, royalty-free, irreversible, fully sublicensable and provisionable, worldwide and non-exclusive license(s) to use, distribute, syndicate, adapt, reproduce, modify, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such user content in whole or in parts throughout the world via any media. You confirm and guarantee that you have all the rights necessary to give such a license.

c) In addition, when submitting a review and ratings, you agree and warrant that your reviews are your original work, accurate, truthful, relevant, helpfull and your own genuine opinion and you will hold harmless and indemnify Seo.Net for all costs, expenses and damages incurred for breach of these warranties.

d)  You agree and accept that Seo.Net can but have no obligation to modify, remove or refuse any user content that have been made available by you on services.

6) Some of our free services require registration. After finished registration process you become a “Member” of Seo.Net community. We offer also additional service and features which require payment like subscription for “Pro Member”.
“Pro Member” is a subscription service which gives listing owners and community members access to a package of some additional services defined on the “Pro Member” plan description page which is an addition to this agreement. Some services can be bought outside or in addition to pro membership depending on the customer’s requirements and are also described in addition to these Terms on plan description page. All fees are paid in Euro including all applicable taxes.

a) Depending of the “Subscription Service” of your choice you agree to pay to Seo.Net the correct fee which can be a onetime fee or a recurring fee for a selected subscription period. Currently we offer six months subscription and annual subscription periods.

b) The subscription requires a valid credit card. No billing information entered during the payment is stored at Seo.Net. We offer PayPal payment gateway and other partner secure gateways as an option to grant the high security and integrity of your billing information. You agree to pay for the selected subscription plan including all applicable taxes and charges by the payment method of your choice and authorize at the same time Seo.Net to charge your credit card for the chosen subscription plan with the selected payment method. All payments are made upfront and there are no refunds offered after the payment has been made. If Seo.Net doesn’t receive the payment for any reason you agree to pay for the selected subscription plan on demand. You give also Seo.Net the right to correct any mistakes or errors that Seo.Net has made even after the payment. Your subscription is then active during the subscription period and, if not renewed, the access to the services is automatically canceled after the subscription expires.

c) If you choose auto-renewal subscription, your subscription will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the non-promotional for the time current subscription rate. To cancel your subscription, you have to logon either to your PAYPAL or other payment gateway account of your choice and follow the instruction supplied. Observe also that an email request to cancel your auto-renewal subscription is not considered as cancellation, since we don’t have access to your account at payment gateway. After the cancelation you may use your subscription until the subscription time expires. However, you won’t be eligible for any portion of the subscription fee for the time that is left of the subscription period. Your subscription will also be canceled if your credit card has expired at the time auto-renewal is made.

d) YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING PAYMENT GATEWAY ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING PAYMENT GATEWAY ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY PAYMENT GATEWAY PARTNER IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD. CHANGES TO SUCH INFORMATION CAN BE MADE AT ACCOUNT SETTINGS. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PAYMENT GATEWAY PARTNER ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT PAYMENT GATEWAY PARTNER MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF THE AUTO-RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION AT SEO.NET UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION.

e) Any free trial or other promotion for the subscription must be used and activated within the specified time of the trial by entering the promotion code at the subscription plan selection.

7) By viewing and/or using this Site, you agree that Seo.Net will not be liable for any commercial loss; inconvenience; loss of use, time, data, goodwill, revenues, profits, or savings; or any other special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages in any way related to or arising from your use of this Site and/or Services. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seo.Net, its employees, directors, shareholders, members, officers, agents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to or arising out of your use of the Site and/or Services, including without limitation claims made by third parties related to your use of the Site and/or Services.

8) WE AND OUR ADVERTISERS, SUPPLIERS AND LICENSORS PROVIDE THE SEO.NET SITE AND SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS PROVIDED” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. SEO.NET MAKES NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE SITE AND/OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR, BUG OR VIRUS FREE AND SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY OR BY ANY MEANS, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY COMMUNICATIONS DIFFICULTIES, ACESS DELAYS, ANY INTERRUPTION AND/OR DATA DELIVERY, NON-DELIVERY, MIS-DELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, OR EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

9) WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, SEO.NET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR YOUR BUSINESS FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST OR IMPUTED PROFITS OR ROYALTIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OBLIGATION ARISING THEREFROM OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER LIABILITY IS ASSERTED IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY) AND IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER YOU HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY CLAIM THAT THESE EXCLUSIONS DEPRIVE YOU OF AN ADEQUATE REMEDY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

10) YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIRD PARTY PRODUCT AND SERVICE PROVIDERS MAY ADVERTISE THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ON THE SEO.NET SITE AND THAT SEO.NET MAY FORM PARTNERSHIPS OR ALLIANCES WITH SOME OF THESE VENDORS FROM TIME TO TIME IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO YOU. HOWEVER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT AT NO TIME IS SEO.NET MAKING ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ANY THIRD PARTY'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, NOR WILL SEO.NET BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU HEREBY DISCLAIM AND WAIVE ANY RIGHTS AND CLAIMS YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST SEO.NET WITH RESPECT TO THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11) Use of our Site is subject to existing laws and legal process. Nothing contained in these Terms shall limit our right to comply with governmental, court, and law-enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of our sites.

12) You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of our Site, Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
13) Seo.Net shall not be liable to you or any other third party for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party (Force Majeure) including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.

14) The laws of Sweden govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website [and using our services/buying our products and services] you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish court in Gothenburg, Sweden in Swedish language in all disputes arising out of such access and this site. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply. Failure of the Company to enforce any of the provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and any Agreement, or failure to exercise any option to terminate, shall not be construed as waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the validity of these Terms and Conditions or of any Agreement or any part thereof, or the right thereafter to enforce each and every provision. These Terms and Conditions shall not be amended, modified, varied or supplemented except in writing and signed by duly authorized representatives of the Seo.Net.
